There are many widgets out there that allow people to connect their WordPress to their Facebook with ease. There are even more that pull blog postings from their blog to business pages. NetworkedBlog by Ninva is one such widget, and one of the best in fact. It’s easy to set up and it’s easy enough to use.

However, when trying to set up automatic pulls from your blog to Facebook, the user goes through what they call “verification”. This can be achieved two ways. The first way is to ask your friends to click a link that states that you are the owner of your blog. Kind of like an online reference. The second way is to put the NetworkedBlog widget in your blog. Another downside is that there is a delay between the actual blog post and the automatic post to Facebook. Approximately 7 hours and varies, so if you need something that automatically posts like clockwork then NetworkedBlog is not what you’re looking for. If there is a setting that works around the delay, we have yet to find it.

Overall NetworkedBlog works amazing. We recommend it for those who do not have a problem with the delay. For those that do, keep looking, and if there is something better out there please let us know!
